Lunch

School lunches in the past were often simple and homemade. Kids typically brought packed lunches, which included sandwiches, fruit, and snacks. In the cafeteria, meals were affordable and focused on basics like meat, vegetables, and milk. Socializing during lunch breaks was a highlight, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere.

Kung Fu Karate

My school Kung Fu Karate life was a transformative journey that taught me discipline, focus, and self-defense. Starting at a young age, I trained rigorously in traditional martial arts techniques, learning not just the physical aspects but also the mental strength required for balance and control. The dojo atmosphere fostered camaraderie, respect, and perseverance. Sparring sessions and belt promotions motivated me to push beyond my limits. The skills I gained in focus, patience, and confidence shaped both my body and mind.
